Xiao Ping Yang is the Co-founder of Multiseek Ed. After almost 20 years exploration in innovation and education area, he realized that although school education is of vital importance, not all learning takes place in the classroom. School education alone is not sufficient to ensure that young people possess the skills to confront the numerous challenges in life. Many of the most valuable lessons in life are often learned outside the classroom, and the formation of young people's values and worldviews also depends on the insights gained beyond the .classroom. Therefore, he founded the company.
Today, under his leadership, Multiseek Ed. has grown and expanded, serving over 10 million .users both online and offline.

Doctor Memo Mata leads all education programs in Multiseek Ed. His journey into the world of outdoor education and survival training began from 2001. With a deep respect for nature and a wealth of knowledge acquired through many years experiences, he decided to channel his expertise into educating the next generation.
For the past 20 years, Doctor Memo has been a dedicated educator and an exemplary International School principal, bringing his passion for the outdoors into the realm of education. He understands that there's more to learning than textbooks and standardized tests. Through his years in education, he has witnessed the transformative power of outdoor experiences on children, sparking their curiosity and nurturing their confidence.
Doctor Memo Mata is not just an international school principal; he is a global award trainer for the prestigious Duke of Edinburgh International Award. This recognition speaks volumes about his expertise and commitment to beyond school education. He has shared his wisdom and inspired countless young individuals to push their boundaries, explore the wilderness, and develop resilience, leadership, and teamwork skills as well as trained educators around the world on how to implement environmental education programs.
Grace peng
Operation Director
Grace Peng originally worked in the international trade industry, where interacting with people from all over the world allowed her to marvel at discovering a larger, more expansive world through multi-cultural exchanges.
Over the past 10 years since she transitioned from international trade to education. She has served as a principal at three IB World Schools, and accompanied hundreds of children. . Witnessing the children’s "Wow moments" has become her greatest joy.
She believes that learners today, immersed in urban, skyscrapers, and digital screens, sometimes tired of academic scores and busy life, may carry passion and dreams of adventure and heroic feats... Collaborating with Multiseek Ed. team, she’s committed to support young people discover their passions, and achieve their ambitions.
